AMIFAL

AMIFAL

We build technology companies.

HAMIFAL builds technology companies from first insight through product, customers, and scale.

We start with real problems, work closely with customers and domain experts, and use software and AI to build better businesses around them.

Our Thesis

The economics of building companies changed.

Software and AI make it possible for small, experienced teams to build and operate far more than before.

HAMIFAL is built around a few simple principles.

01

Start with the problem

Get close to customers and operators before deciding what to build.

Understand the problem, the workflow, and the economics behind it.

Product and go-to-market should develop together.

02

Focus is the advantage

Building more is easy. Choosing what matters is hard.

Work on fewer problems. Understand them deeply. Ignore the rest.

03

Domain expertise matters

As building gets easier, knowing what to build matters more.

Work with people who understand the customer, the industry, and how the work actually gets done.

04

Stay small

Keep teams small for as long as possible.

Add people when they increase output, not because the company is growing.

05

Use technology everywhere

Technology should improve the whole company, not only the product.

Use software and AI wherever they reduce work, improve decisions, or increase output.

06

Earn complexity

Do not add structure before it is needed.

Process, management, roles, and systems should solve real constraints.

Complexity should follow the business.
